After raising a family and working outside the home, Mary Lou Cox decided to start her own business. "I was interested in music boxes and collectibles and decided to take a stab at it", she explains

In 1994, she started the business from her home but moved quickly to a shopping mall. The store is located in the Lewiston Center Mall in Lewiston, Idaho.

In 1999, her husband, Merle, retired from teaching and joined her in the shop. "We have been working together in this 'mom and pop' operation ever since".
